GP charged over 'inappropriately touching' patients

A Sydney doctor accused of inappropriately touching three of his female patients has faced court.

GP Andrew Lin faced Waverley court on Tuesday, charged with three counts of sexual touching and two counts of common assault.

Police began investigating the 36-year-old after a female patient made complaints about a consult she had with him at MyHealth GP Clinic in Bondi Junction last month.

The two other women also made similar complaints about Lin allegedly touching their breasts.

The 36-year-old has entered a not guilty plea to all five charges.

The matter will return to court in August.
