A spokesperson confirmed in a statement she was employed and stationed on the Central Coast. The food manufacturing company’s head office is in Berkeley Vale.

“The company is saddened by the loss of a much-loved employee and we offer our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends and workmates,” a spokesman told 7NEWS.com.au.

“We understand the case is under investigation by the coroner and health department.”

“It has not yet been established whether there is any link between the COVID-19 vaccine and the tragic death reported by NSW health officials,” a statement read.

“NSW Health has said there is no confirmed link but further investigations are underway.”

A New South Wales Health spokesperson confirmed the woman’s death but said it was the TGA’s responsibility to assess the circumstances behind it.

“NSW Health does not speculate on or discuss individual cases, but the death of anyone is always a tragedy and our condolences are with the family and loved ones of the person who has passed away,” a spokesperson said.
